Scam company airslate is Russian
They signed me up under an unknown email, scam!!!
I looked into the company airslate, a Russian company that used a genuine email of mine then signed up a dummy email as the subscriber so I wouldnt be able to cancel reoccurring charges.
They were able to take money out of my Venmo.

I requested to cancel my subscription 2 months ago, but money is still being withdrawn from my bank account by Airslate. Your cancellation system is not working.
This is really unacceptable, given the fact that the app says cancellation can be done at any time. I am being charged for an app that did not work in the first place—an app that I no longer need, even if it was for free.

Unauthorized charges to my bank!
I have a charge that went to my back up bank account from Venmo. $103.92.
I have no idea who this company is. And I never signed up for anything. I will be contacting someone about this fraudulent charge!
I want a refund! So tired of scammers ripping people off!!!

Multiple months unwanted charges
I requested one refund but then takes it off the list and doesnt allow me to request another one but it charged me 19.99 two months and is still trying to charge me

Stop trying to take money out of my acc.
I didnt signup to pay anything. Then i contact your support trying to get help after advising i have no money in my account because i was laid off months ago and they want my card information again to talk to someone on the phone.
This is bs.

Unauthorized charge
Nothing I was hung up on with out being connected to anyone. My account was charged on 4/27/2024 for $96 and I can't even begin to understand why I've never even heard of air slate

My complaint was about an unauthorized charge but with pissed consumers help I got their phone number and they reversed the charges immediately with no problem at all. Very good customer service I was pleasantly surprised
